SUMMARY:Free 2-Day Software Carpentry "R" Workshop 2/26+27 at Rosenstiel Campus-NOW FULL
DESCRIPTION:The Software Carpentry community (software-carpentry.org) helps researchers get their work done in less time and with less pain by teaching them basic research computing skills. This hands-on “R” workshop will cover basic concepts and tools\, including program design\, version control\, data management\, and task automation. \nParticipants will be encouraged to help one another and to apply what they have learned to their own research problems. The course is aimed at graduate students and other researchers. You don’t need to have any previous knowledge of the tools that will be presented at the workshop. \nRegister Now (free)—Registration is closed. Alternatively\, ride the Rosenstiel Shuttle that originates at the Miller Circle on the Gables campus.
