WiDS Miami 2021 is a one-day technical conference that provides an opportunity to hear about the latest data science-related research in a number of domains, learn how leading-edge companies are leveraging data science for success, and connect with potential mentors, collaborators, and others in the field.
The Conference is open to everyone—regardless of gender—who is interested in engaging with and learning from the local data science community. Whether you are an experienced data scientist or looking to learn more about the field, WiDS Miami will have great content, and opportunities to connect with the local data science community, leadership, potential partners, employers, and employees. Join us virtually on Friday 4/23 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM for talks from local and international speakers from academia and the industry.

The Global Women in Data Science (WiDS) Conference aims to inspire and educate data scientists worldwide, regardless of gender, and support women in the field. WiDS Miami is an independent event organized by the Group for Resilient and Inclusive Tech (G.R.I.T) to coincide with the annual Global Women in Data Science (WiDS) Conference held at Stanford University and an estimated 150+ locations worldwide. All genders are invited to attend WiDS Miami, which features outstanding women doing outstanding work.
