IDSC Innovation Officer Yelena Yesha to Speak at SLG…

Technology has become intrinsic to a successful, modern government. Across the nation, state and local governments are increasingly looking to technology to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and create the optimal experience for employees and residents alike. Bolstered by a wave of Federal funding, our leaders face a unique opportunity to leverage technology like never before. Doing so requires not only a deep understanding of the tools and technologies to be employed, but also, of the issues to be addressed.

Over the course of this free, two-day summit, Route Fifty and GCN will explore the challenges facing government and executive leaders today (from cyber threats and outdated legacy systems to deteriorating public transit and the effects of climate change) and the solutions that technology provides. From a macro perspective to specific use cases, this program will empower state and local leaders to plug into the power of technology.
