Lecture Objectives Provide a solid foundation on what Generative AI is, how it operates, and specifically, what ChatGPT brings to the table. Trace the development journey of ChatGPT, emphasizing the technological advancements and extended capabilities. Offer a deeper look into the mechanics behind ChatGPT, including the transformer architecture, reinforcement learning, and how it is trained and fine-tuned. Highlight how Generative AI, particularly ChatGPT, is being utilized across different sectors, with a special focus on higher education, medicine, and specifically, obstetrics and gynecology.
