This free 2-day workshop is designed to provide a foundation of basic concepts that all programming depends on, using Python as an example. A comprehensive, hands-on overview of an introductory data analysis using Python will cover topics like data types, functions, conditional statements, loops, errors and exceptions, debugging, and some key Python libraries, and writing Python programs that will work like Linux command-line tools.
The workshop is capped at 35 participants, and is on a first-come/first-served basis.
