Co-authors Chinmayi Sharma, Thomas Kadri, and Sam Adler expose how data brokers exploit fragmented privacy laws to facilitate “brokered abuse,” forcing victims to navigate numerous, repetitive, and time-consuming opt-out processes to secure their safety.
